In 2014, workers at Hanford's notorious Tank Farms were once again exposed to toxic vapors emanating from the underground waste tanks. This wasn't the first time the site dealt with a string of exposures, but throughout the spring and summer it seemed to happen with greater frequency. In November, the KONA News Staff looked at the issues, complaints, and alleged cover-ups surrounding worker exposure in a one-hour special entitled Breathing Poison.
